2.2 Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and typically range between 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
2.3 Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Coverage

3.1 We currently deliver across India only.
3.2 International shipping is not available at this time.


4. Order Tracking

4.1 Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
4.2 You can also track your order using your order number through our tracking page.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
5.2 Sylvory is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.3 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Undelivered, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

6.1 If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us at hello@sylvory.com.
6.2 In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
6.3 If you receive a damaged parcel, an uncut video of opening the package is mandatory for verification and claim processing.


7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

7.1 Sylvory shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or logistical disruptions.
7.2 In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended without liability.
