1. Returns:
(a) We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Think of it as our enchanted seven-day return window, where you can bid farewell to your silver treasure if it doesn't quite match your unicorn dreams.
(b) To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and still dressed in its original packaging. No unraveling spells or scratches from curious pixies, please!
(c) Customized items, including those with custom engravings, are like potions brewed just for you. As much as we'd love to take them back, they are non-returnable. We hope you understand that gnomes and fairies don't share the same size preferences.

2. Refunds:
(a) Once we receive and inspect the returned item (no magical smoke detectors involved), we'll cast a spell of notification, revealing the status of your refund. We aim to whisk your refund away within 5 business days.
(b) If your return is approved, we'll wave our wands and initiate the refund, returning your silver coins to the original method of payment. Please note that the speed of the refund's arrival in your treasure chest depends on your bank's own magical spells.

(c) For items that have not been shipped, the refund will be made after deducting the payment gateway charges of 3%. If the product has already been shipped, the refund will include the deduction of both the shipping charges and the payment gateway charges of 3%.


3. Return Shipping:
(a) The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, just like guarding your own secret potion recipes. Unless, of course, the return is due to our own mishap or a defective item, in which case, we'll send our silver-winged courier to pick it up and take it home.
(b) For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lost parcels can be as frustrating as misplacing a magical amulet. We can't be held responsible for such mysteries.

4. Exchanges:
(a) If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we'd be delighted to assist you on this magical journey. Reach out to our customer support team, and they'll help you navigate the twists and turns of the exchange process.

5. Cancellations:
(a) We understand that sometimes even the best-laid plans can be foiled by a mischievous sprite. If you wish to cancel your order, send an urgent raven, or contact our team as swiftly as a flying broomstick. But remember, if your order has already been processed and soared through the silver skies, cancellation may not be possible. Fingers crossed for a nimble cancellation spell!

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
(a) Should a damaged or defective item unexpectedly flutter into your hands, let out a surprised gasp and contact our customer support team immediately. We'll work our magic to resolve the issue promptly, be it through a sparkling replacement or a refund that shines brighter than a shooting star.

7. Exceptions:
(a) For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings, even if they're enchanted with extra sparkle. So, choose your ear bling wisely, for once it leaves our realm, it cannot return.
