Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Sylvory, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.


1. Returns

1.1 We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with all tags and accessories.
1.3 Customized or personalized products, including engraved items, are non-returnable.


2. Refunds

2.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days.
2.3 Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
2.4 For orders not yet shipped, refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges of 3%.
2.5 For orders already shipped, refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges and payment gateway charges of 3%.


3. Return Shipping

3.1 Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
3.2 In cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error from our side, we will arrange the return pickup at no additional cost.
3.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Sylvory is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchanges for a different size, colour, or style are subject to product availability.
4.2 To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@sylvory.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.


5. Cancellations

5.1 Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
5.2 To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@sylvory.com.
5.3 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
6.2 An uncut video of opening the parcel is mandatory for all damage or defect claims.
6.3 Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.


7. Exceptions

7.1 For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
7.2 Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or tampering are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
